Tania hated this one, she was miserable and chirping at me the whole time, but she finished and is feeling fine now. Some of these WOD's are not easy. That's what's meant when it's said that you should fear each wod and be nervous and excited.
Stockton used a 30#kb, 35# push press and did 100 single unders in place of the DU's.
Tania did 25DU's and 50 single unders, used a 30#kb and did 35# push presses.

Partial squats are never good. They neglect the hips and hamstrings. When an athlete stops above parallel, his/her knee joints are forced to halt the downward momentum. But once the athlete goes below parallel, that stress is transferred to the more powerful muscle groups in the hips (glutes), lumbars, hamstrings, and adductors.
